Mother nature inspired, the Robosea BIKI is a fish shaped underwater drone that actually uses propulsion of a moving fin instead of a thruster propellers. The BIKI features a 4k camera with a 150 degree wide angle lens that sits on a gimbal, built in flashlights that use 114 lumens each, integrated GPS, and obstacle avoidance within a 30cm range and a capability max depth of 196 feet. There’s no reason to sneak up on fish anymore when you can just pretend to be one with the Biki. I have to say this is a very neat innovative underwater drone, very economically priced too, comparable to the Chasing Dory. Did I mention it’s wireless, while majority of other underwater drones have a tether!
